Welcome to Orbill. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Orbill mobile application, website, and all related services (“Orbill”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Orbill, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Orbill. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Account Registration

3. Services Offered
Orbill enables users to:
- Purchase airtime and data
- Pay for electricity and utility bills
- Renew cable TV subscriptions
- Pay internet service bills
- Fund wallets or betting accounts
- Track transaction history and receive digital receipts
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
4. Payment and Fees
All payments made through Orbill are final and non-refundable, except in cases of transaction failure or duplicate payment. Charges for services will be clearly stated before payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.
Orbill may offer promotional rates or cashback; these are subject to specific terms and may be discontinued without notice.
5. Wallet and Funding
You may maintain a wallet balance within the app to facilitate payments. Funds added to your Orbill wallet are non-transferable and can only be used within the platform.
In the case of a dispute or failed transaction, your wallet may be credited after proper verification.
6. User Responsibilities
By using Orbill, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with the app’s performance or security
- Violate any applicable local, state, or national laws
Any violation may lead to suspension or termination of your account without notice.

Orbill is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that transactions will always be successful. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Delays or failures caused by third-party providers
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Unauthorized access to your account due to negligence
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbill, its directors, affiliates, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Orbill at any time for violation of these Terms or for reasons relating to security, fraud, or technical issues.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
